Once purchase of your order is complete, your kit will be shipped out of our fulfillment facility within 3 business day. You will receive your order within 1-2 weeks (5-10 business days).
Once your collected sample has returned to our evaluation facility, processing will begin. Typically, you will see your results within 5-7 business days of the returned sample, depending on which kit was ordered. Please note: our Series 1 & 2 expansion kits can add an additional 1-2 days per kit.

No, please continue taking both medications and supplements as they have been prescribed or directed. Neither will impact the outcome of your results.

No, unfortunately we’ve found that they will not.
This being said, please note:
Food sensitivity testing results are temporary and do change over time dependent on your diet, supplements, stress levels and more affecting your results.
Reactivity to your intolerance will lessen (improving) over time (minimally 2-4 months).

The majority of our patients start out with the Core only, as these results will be more than enough to get you started.
What we have found however is that some have more to uncover. Look at our extension kits to see if any of the foods or beverages included have seemed to be triggers for your body currently or in the past.
